Bjorn Kare Mikalsen
Mikalsen has extensive experience in practical operations within aquaculture after over 10 years at Lerøy Aurora AS where he held positions as operations manager, production coordinator and operational manager. He then held the position of Technical Manager for marine facilities at Lerøy Seafood Group ASA. Today, Mikalsen is Project Director at SalMar Farming.
