Frank Bakke-Jensen

Frank Bakke-Jensen took up the position of director of fisheries in 2021 after a long career in politics and public administration. As a former defense minister and parliamentary representative for the Conservative Party, Bakke-Jensen has good experience in management and politics. The work as director of fisheries involves managing Norwegian fishing resources and ensuring a safe and competitive seafood industry. Frank Bakke-Jensen was born in Båtsfjord in Finnmark and studied project management at the University of Tromsø.
