Joakim Hauge
Joakim Hauge is Global Head of Science and Strategy at the Bellona Environmental Foundation, where he leads the organization's strategic development and scientific work across offices in Oslo, Brussels, Vilnius and Berlin. With a master's degree in biology from the University of Oslo, he has broad experience in environmental technology, innovation processes and international collaboration. Hauge was previously CEO of the Sahara Forest Project and led Bellona's bioeconomy team. He is also project manager for the Raw Materials Initiative, a collaboration between Bellona, Sjømat Norge and the feed industry, which works to develop sustainable, Norwegian-produced feed materials for aquaculture.
