Njærheim has previously been BD in KSNI and Envirex AS, where he worked for over ten years. In Envirex AS, he contributed to the entire value chain for product design and engineering services for the oil and gas industry in Norway. He has also worked with strategic relations and international operations in SR Group, with a particular focus on activities towards Brazil. Njærheim has a Master of Science in international management from BI Norwegian Business School.
