Olav-Andreas Ervik
Olav-Andreas Ervik is CEO of Utror, a company focused on offshore aquaculture off Helgeland. He took up the position in October 2022 after having been central to the development of SalMar and Aker's joint venture in offshore aquaculture in SalMar Aker Ocean. Utror states that he started his career as a farmer in 1994 and has later held leadership roles in, among others, SalMar, Lerøy Midnor, Scottish Seafarms and Lerøy Hydrotech. Public reviews describe him as a clear voice in the development of Norwegian offshore aquaculture, particularly related to framework conditions, technology development and projects in Helgeland.
