Frode Oppedal

Frode Oppedal is an experienced researcher at the Institute of Marine Research in the department for animal welfare. His main focus has been on salmon and cleaning fish in the cage environment. He has a Cand.scient. degree from the University of Bergen where he studied how salmon are affected by artificial light. He has previous education from Bergen College of Engineering and Department of Fisheries and Marine Biology, University of Bergen; where he studied aquaculture
