Øyvind Hilmarsen
Øyvind Hilmarsen is subject manager in the aquaculture department at the Norwegian Fisheries and Aquaculture Industry's research funding (FHF). He has previously held a number of management positions at, among others, SINTEF, the Center for remote sensing and Tromsø municipality. He has a bachelor's and master's degree in aquaculture at UiT, with a focus on, among other things, recycling and the use of biofilters.
