Torstein Kristensen
Torstein Kristensen is Head of Biology at ScaleAQ, where he leads the work on biological solutions for the future of aquaculture. In addition to his work at ScaleAQ, he is an associate professor at Nord University, where he teaches and researches aquaculture and fish health. Kristensen has previous experience from public administration and research institutions, including as County Governor of Nordland and senior researcher at NIVA. He holds a PhD in aquaculture from NMBU and a master's degree in animal physiology from NTNU.
